Pivot 2 Thrive reserves the right to terminate these terms at any time without notice, and to terminate any part of the website, any user's access, any products provided or the website as a whole. a. Disclaimer. Pivot 2 Thrive makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or the completeness of this content, the content of any site linked to this site, contributors, information or any other items or sites linked to this site. We assume no liability or responsibility for:

Pivot 2 Thrive owns all content other than out-linked content. This includes our website, database, content, images, logo, titles, names, illustrations, designs, marketing, graphics, text and images, and our frameworks including POWER PIVOT™. This may not be used by you for any reason unless authorised in writing by Pivot 2 Thrive. Any unauthorised use of any content is against copyright law.

5. Purchases, subscriptions and guarantees

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise on the relevant offer page, exclude GST. Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Where an offer page states a specific guarantee (for example a refund if core automations are not published by the end of a bootcamp, or a stated support guarantee), the conditions stated on that offer page and its checkout apply.
